Transparent Things
These guys were featured on purevolume’s “Picks and Promos” list, so I gave them a listen. It’s good. You can download their cover of the Beatles’ classic “Let it Be” for FREE, but the song I’m really enjoying by them is “The One.” ”All is Delicate” is definitely getting another listen from me. They have an acoustic indie\rock piano sound and strong female vocals. If you want something a little rougher, listen to Acalasia which features the same artists from Transparent Things with a rockier angle. So far, Acalasia’s “Save Me” and “Take It or Leave It” sound promising. Thoughts?
